This was a two stage project on a family home in New Malden Surrey. Firstly a loft conversion was to be built utilising Velux windows and French doors in a dorma extension. The loft was also to house an en suite bathroom.
The second stage was to vastly extend the ground floor accommodation incorporating solid hardwood bi-folding doors across the entire rear of the house.
Here is a summary of the work carried out and some images showing the completed job:
- Complete new roof, soffits, facias and guttering.
- Naturally positioned additional wooden staircase to loft room.
- New Megaflow boiler system.
- All new rendering.
- New re-located kitchen.
- Additional downstairs bathroom and shower.
- All new wiring to new build.
- Extended ground floor hall.
