Home Extension and Loft Conversion, Cobham, Surrey

This large building project based in Cobham, Surrey, invoved major construction and house renovation. Detailed discussions were held with the client and later the architect to ensure that the client's vision of a large, modern, hi-tech living space was achieved.

The house was to increase from 1,500 sq ft to 3,800 sq ft and the following were to be included in the finished project:

  • Large crown roof to incorporate a luxury bedroom and bathroom.

  • Increase bedrooms from 3 to 5.
  • Large luxury kitchen.
  • CAT 5 wiring throughout.
  • Electric gated entrance.
  • Imposing open staircase.
  • 3 luxury bathrooms to include built in waterproof televisions.
