Home Extension and House Renovation, Claygate, Surrey
Based on our initial consultations with the client, our brief was to greatly expand the property creating a contemporary living space with an abundance of natural light.
Here is a summary of the work carried out and some images showing the completed job:
- create additional rooms to include: a 4th bedroom, 2 new en suites, a study and a utility room.
- all new plumbing and Megaflow boiler system.
- steel beams to be hidden in ceilings.
- porcelain floor tiles throughout hall and kitchen.
- double doors to kitchen and lounge for more open look.
- completely re-tiled roof.
- newly plastered walls throughout.
- all new external render.
